Positivity, Gratitude all day.
I enjoy helping people find stuff on the internet.
Love my city, Philly.
Great follow over on X, I love when these posts come up, reminds me of the immigrants (legal or illegal) and how hard many of them work while I'm sitting here banging out "social media posts" eating food they pick for a better life.

If you can't be a thought leader, be a thought "leecher".
If you ever get a message like this, I'm sorry.
On a long enough horizon if this remains unchecked it would cause people to NOT engage on posts due to the deluge of spam they'd get. Which isn't a good thing.

Recently got to drop some of my thoughts on AI search. Trust and Authenticity could be more important than hacking visibility - give it a listen ask any questions, would love to follow up on them.

This weekend analyze a failure & be hard on yourself

Failure analysis is rarely done, why?

B/c examining our failures in depth is emotionally unpleasant & removes some of the gloss that sits on the stories we've told ourselves about our performance as leaders, teammates, parents, etc.

In 36h I'll sleep outside (15th time), in 30 weather to show solidarity with our city's youth who live in and need shelters / housing - shelters need funds to operate, as more young people than ever are coming into our shelters seeking safety, security, and love.

The Post found ChatGPT began responses with variations on “yes” 10 times as often as it did with versions of “no.”

For so many social sites, I've wanted to respond but not get stuck in all the other stuff. This is an unlock from the buffer team for those of us trying to preserve our attention but like replying to peeps.

I'm so stoked about this feature -
A Focused Space to Reply to Every Comment | Buffer Community
Buffer Community allows you to filter, sort, and reply to comments across multiple social media accounts to increase engagement and grow your audience.

Bad "AI" content is just bad content, written faster.

While agents sound like wizardry they aren't, here's 6 basic Claude projects each w/ a specific function & instructions to turn ideas into quality posts.

This post will make you think hard about diversification of content, how to meet your audience where they are, and how to grow your social effectiveness, whether you are a news org or a B2B. Great read.

I'm sitting here thinking that divergent thinking is going to be more important than ever in an AI world where the "typical" way of thinking is going to drive people's outputs. Thoughts?

This is a crazy stat regarding local news, which has fallen off a cliff completely. The lack of local news leaves an opening for something to fill the void, since ai defaults to trying to get you an answer every time.

For the record it was all companies :)
@wilreynolds.bsky.social just went off on the SEO agencies putting themselves (and their people) at the top of “best SEO” lists 😂😂👏🏽👏🏽

It might work for visibility (for now) but it does NOT work for trust.
