I love getting to see how the average person spends their day to day life. Local customs, good spots to eat, sources of entertainment and how people get their news. Knowing why a town or city's lifestyle is unique or pleasurable makes it all the more worth defending.

I was relieved when I saw that they made it as simple as one click to maintain access to the assets. I'm sad that they are moving them behind a paywall for Unreal but I saw new assets from Quixel start to slow down after the acquisition and I think the new asking price for assets is more than fair.
