The cats have never really messed with the food for Juan. Maybe the occasional kitten nibbled on a bag, but they are mostly left alone. Do you think Dixie is trying to tell me something? Subtly, of course...

I pulled one corner of my couch out about 6" from the wall to access an outlet to swap out my security camera. Now that Kevin knows the back of the couch exists, she cannot un-know it exists.

These shoes have not been put away for weeks because every time we go down the stairs, Peaches has to stop and put his paws in them.
I'm not saying it brings good luck, but it's been about that same amount of time since Mr. Freckles last tried to beat him up🍀

Dixie has an audience hoping for some leftovers. There may be a nibble or two. The duck-pea (not duck pee) kibble got here within 24hrs and we've begun the transition. The wet (a limited ingredient variety pack) arrives this afternoon and then we'll begin that transition!

Dixie has an audience hoping for some leftovers. There may be a nibble or two. The duck-pea (not duck pee) kibble got here within 24hrs and we've begun the transition. The wet (a limited ingredient variety pack) arrives this afternoon and then we'll begin that transition!

As per tradition, the Honey Baked Ham portion of Juan's Thanksgiving dinner has been ordered! One of you sent me a gc for it and the bundle was on sale. I'll get the finishing touches from the grocery store- which the same person got another gc for! Prior to us adopting Juan,

I'm not a vet, but based on what I'm reading, a hydrolyzed diet is a hypoallergenic (aka limited ingredient) diet.
The best rated non-rx version that I could find is Natural Balance. Still expensive, but about half the cost of the rx.
Let's give it a whirl! Watch her hate it.

The positives? 2x in a row, her panels have come back perfect. Literally, no notes. She isn't acting like she doesn't feel well. I've seen her be SICK. She's bright, active and sassy. I just need to get weight on her. I'd like her to gain another 2ish pounds.
