Body: now?! It’s lounging time we only workout in the morning.
Brain: yes now it stopped raining.
Body: I don’t like it.
Brain: it’s good for both of us
Body: even the fly I swallowed?
Brain: … just keep going…

Before and after today’s 5k

I was looking through Hannaford and Shaws apps this morning and checked again. Shaws app says the waterman drive (SoPo knightville) has them. Aisle number at top. Maybe other Shaws have them too
