Who rallied NATO? Who is replacing the old planes other countries are sending? Who spent more on Ukrainian aid than anyone else? And while I wouldn’t expect much of anything in the next 4 years because of our own fascist, authoritarian problems —Ukraine would be far worse off without Joe Biden.
