I don’t think this is actually correct as the very premise of ReportIn is the FRT matching provided by Amazon Rekognition.

Very interesting (and will make for very interesting litigation!)

IRCC has #risk #matrixes based on country profile.

For India, concers are occupation-based for
1) Administrative Officers;
2) Construction Trades;
3) Entrepreneurs;
4) Farm Workers:

Security #screening language in #GCMS to show its a s.34 inquiry.

This is also why a lot of the #security sections in GCMS are redacted.

It was a pleasure to be part of the 4th review of the #DADM alongside my #AIMICI colleagues @zeynabziaie.bsky.social @karinajuma24.bsky.social and Andrew Koltun.

I didn't realize the direct line between the CIMM recommendations and the establishment of the employee Ombuds, but always good to revisit things a few years later!

I have had several study permit extension refusal inquiries come in over the last few days...... I think I see where this is going.

Remember how for years I've been concerned about the 'actively pursuing studies' requirement, and the lack of referral to Immigration Division.

Good to see Justice Diner endorse Justice Grammond's decision in Safarian regarding #Chinook 3+ and boilerplate language that does not turn its mind to the facts of case and lacks responsive justification.

See: Shirazi Nezhad v. Canada (Citizenship and Immigration), 2024 FC 1747 (CanLII)
