Australia has lost COP to Turkey 🇹🇷 which is building four nuclear reactors.

Whilst it's disappointing we won't have the world's nuclear community in Adelaide, it's reassuring that the Energy Minister will face an irony in Turkey if he tries to shut down global nuclear progress.

Despite saying they listen to experts on energy, many politicians continue to refuse opportunities to meet with Australian nuclear experts.

How can you have an informed position on nuclear power without engaging with experts?

Congratulations South Korea 🇰🇷👏

Once again shows that nuclear is needed in the mix to phase out fossil fuels.

The Australian Conservation Foundation argue for a policy would literally be worse for the climate than shutting down all renewables in Australia.

They want to shut down Australia's uranium export industry that produces the equivalent clean energy to around 70% of Australia's electricity demand.

Once again, nuclear disinformation goes unchecked by Australian media.

This claim that nuclear in Australia would cost $600 billion assumed that nuclear costed more than 5x more than even the CSIRO's estimate.

The ABC should issue an apology and correction for repeating it once again.

No, the nuclear power renaissance is not a 'chimera'.

37 countries are at different stages of adding nuclear to the mix according to the United Nations.

The head of the International Energy Agency has said “Nuclear power is making a strong comeback”.

If Australia was serious about supporting Singapore why aren’t we assisting on nuclear?

Why don’t we share it more with our region if we were serious about becoming a clean energy superpower?

If Australia was serious about supporting Singapore why aren’t we assisting on nuclear?

Australia has nuclear expertise and uranium.

Why don’t we share it more with our region if we were serious about becoming a clean energy superpower?

Our Energy Minister just posted this.

Never mind a cooling tower isn’t a nuclear reactor, what’s more concerning is despite the energy crisis they double down on their refusal to consider nuclear power.

We desperately need the affordable, reliable clean energy that only nuclear can provide us.

The nuclear industry mustn't waste this opportunity.

That was my message speaking at the Atlantic Council Nuclear Policy Summit.

I showcased some of the disinformation Australians were subjected to including three eyed koalas, glowing kangaroos and the claim that 7 reactors would cost $600 bn.

Australia has a third of the world’s uranium.

Trump wants to increase nuclear capacity 4x by 2050.

Why doesn’t the Prime Minister leverage our uranium to support the US’s decarbonisation?

Fantastic to catch up with @nuclearforaustralia's patron @dicksmithfairgo today to see his new folly and discuss developments in Australia's nuclear debate.

We're really grateful for his continued support and personal advocacy.

I just hugged a nuclear waste canister.

It’s full of fuel assemblies which have been used at Sizewell B to provide clean, reliable power for millions of Brits.

Importantly, the fuel still retains the majority of its energy meaning this waste could present future opportunities.

Imagine going to a climate conference to protest against the cleanest source of energy 💀

It’s fascinating to see the anti nuclear movement pivot their argument.

One year nuclear is bad because it would “kill the coal industry”.

The next it’s a smokescreen for the coal industry.

One year industry doesn’t back nuclear.

The next, industry is having a pervasive influence on the debate.

From the Prime Minister down it is claimed nuclear will be 4% of the grid.

The only issue...it's based on dodgy accounting from the 'Smart' Energy Council (a renewable lobby group).

It shouldn't take a teenager to work this out...
