I have discovered, from trial and error, that this is a bug in SDL3 GPU (Metal) code. I'm working on preparing a minimal code reproduction for them so we can get that fixed

I've been enjoying following this series, so thanks! There's something weird going on with the latest skybox change on macOS/Metal though as you can see from the screenshot. The same code on Windows works as it should (and this happens with your hello-sdlgpu3-odin example code on mac also).
