After several months of thinking, I finally have an idea I feel decently confident about :^)

I completed my first steps towards learning Godot today by getting a 3D character to move on a platform with Camera Controls. I might have a long way to go but it felt much more rewarding than normal software dev to learn to do that much.

Hopefully my enjoyment with learning it will continue ^^
