lol. It’s cause they’re different things. Queer culture centers trans people and people of color. Gay culture does not. Gays get excited about Pride Merch at Target. Queers don’t. We’re all part of the LGBTQ+ community but they’re different letters for a reason.

Based on my experience with teenagers, the other 2/3 probably would have started smoking immediately if they hadn’t had access to vapes, tho, so idk….

Atheists just don’t want to have to engage your religion. They’ll be pretty vocal about the fact that they don’t believe it but they don’t want you removed from public life, they just want public spaces to be equally enjoyable by people of all beliefs.

I came out in the early 90’s and the differences between the homosexual community, the gay community, and the queer community were clear enough I could see them from my suburban South Carolina high school parking lot. What are you on about?
