I had a conversation where a guy was saying that AOC has invited violence against Republicans with her words. I demanded that he pull up an example. He managed to try doubling down on his claim while refusing to provide a single example. They're happy to live a lie

Like, I don’t read much Bendis, but I read his Daredevil run because it was Daredevil, and it became my favorite run. More recently I started reading Jed Mackay’s X-Men because it’s full of characters I love, and it has made me a fan of his writing, so I’m going to start reading his Moon Knight.

Generally I read specific runs because I’m a fan of that specific writer and/or artist. However I have noticed that I’m more likely to try a book by a creator I haven’t heard of (or usually don’t like much) if they’re on a character I like.

Of course. Everybody could use some words of encouragement sometimes. A lot of us tend to lose sight of the good we do or the progress we make because we’re too busy only seeing the negative.

And that’s all any of us can do. You’re doing great.

I’m sure we could figure something out if we put our heads together. And if we happen to kiss while we’re at it, even better.
