thinking about the asteroid and the extinction that followed genuinely makes me so sad. the poor creatures had no way to know or prepare. then once it happened i just imagine the fear and stress they felt. the environmental repercussions and the fight for resources which had become scarce :(

okay I'll be honest, it wasn't a toy box. it was a big container (i dunno how else to describe it) chock full of beanie babies ...

when I was 5 I was given a stegosaurus beanie baby as a Christmas gift and I was 110% certain if I left it out it would attract dinosaurs. I had so many nightmares about this. so I buried it at the bottom of a toy box for years

they aren't dinosaurs. they just lived at the same time as dinosaurs and went extinct at the same time as well. they're reptiles
