At the same time I do want it to be fun in the end. I think I’m struggling to find the balance of saying what I want to say through the story and creating something fun with it also. Because I see both as a possibility through this project.

I found that also. And I’ve had to remind myself not to overcomplicate my drawings so they don’t look too busy. Sometimes simple is better.
