I spend most of my time making animations, interactive thingies, and various whatnots. ;)
I also made a low poly version of the mesh that’s used to speed up Blender’s viewport, for the cloth sim’s collision mesh, and is game engine ready so I may be messing around with Godot more in the future. 🥳

This is my first pass at a new robot animation. I feel like I’m starting to get a little faster at making these. Rendered with Eevee in Blender 4.4.

I love watching the couple of seconds where the characters transition from their rest poses into their actual animations. This is to help the cloth sims and usually not rendered at all but this one was particularly fun to watch.

Made in Blender 4.4 using some Rokoko mocap that needed a bunch of cleanup. This is the first time I’ve animated a character interacting with a two-handed prop like this and oh boy I learned a lot!

Still working of the bot in the background’s mopping animation. Who would have guessed animating a character using a two handed prop would be this difficult? 😵‍💫

This change has improved how close the retargeting is to the original mocap (which reduces the amount of clean up required) and it had the nice side effect of speeding up how long Auto Rig Pro takes to retarget. Previously it was several minutes and is now a few seconds — which is incredible!
