Thanks. That didn’t seem to be the case for the actual vote because half the quorum boycotted the hearing while one Senator, Cory Booker was still speaking (he joined them soon enough). He was insisting that his colleagues’ views be heard, but the Chair appeared to be rushîng for a vote.
