It's making a million dollar home in places like Los Angeles and New York affordable, just like when car loans went from 3 years to 6 years because cars are the price of a 1990s house. Seventy year Olds are able to buy a 30 year mortgage same risk. We should be fighting 29% interest on Credit Cards.

Don't think that would happen interest rates are usually lower by 1/4 point on a 15 year over 30 but yes stupid people will take 50 however it's making a million dollar home in Los Angeles affordable. Really should be fighting payday loans or Credit Cards at 29-32% interest

Yes, but you can choose a 30 year, 20 year, or 15 year mortgage, no one is forcing it on anyone. This isn't the hill Democrats should die on. Healthcare for all or living wage more important.

No your misreading my comment if Democrats had caved on Day 1 of the shutdown SNAP benefits would have not been withheld nor federal workers paychecks. Frankly we would have held out 3 months because financially we prepared for a shutdown because it happened in last Trump administration.

I think that's the problem with the focus. It's not just Trump hundreds of men (&women) went to that island. You think just because Epstein is dead these parties and trafficking aren't being done by someone else. You think Rock Hudsons, Rick James and Diddies parties just stopped?

They think we won't remember my husband works for Social Security has gone without 2 paychecks but forced to work. You Democrats stalled SNAP, you Democrats caused this hardship. You could have caved day one. You had America behind you. Blame was on Republicans now it's all on you.
