He wouldn’t run against Ryan again in the new districts.

So he carpetbagged to the new district. He fooled people for one term, and then they sent him packing.

Heard he was thinking about carpetbagging again to the ADKs if Stefanic leaves.

After he was elected he kept his promise to be available for all constituents

He came to my precinct (which is solid red) & did a town hall.It was packed

I didn’t get to ask the hall, so he took time afterwards to discuss healthcare w/me
He listened & spoke to my concerns in real dialogue.

Mr Delgado was my Representative in Congress from #NY19.

He brought together integrity & intellect during this time.

He was directly concerned with the needs & perspectives of his constituents.

He will make an excellent governor.
