VGT is almost identical to QQQ for half the expense ratio

1. I made sure to shut down all running notebooks.

2. I removed all uploaded datasets (only 1 of less than 1mb).

3. I tried to set budget limits but couldn’t figure out how. I only spent a day using Sagemaker just to play around with it.
