Assembly Bill 2773, now requires an officer making a traffic stop to “state the reason for the stop before asking any questions” — and the reason also needs to be officially documented in any reports that officer makes. The law also extends to pedestrian stops.

They decided Lupus after lab work indicated nothing else. She had blood in her urine and has pnemonia. I talked to her yesterday. She has covid lung and stopped smoking a month ago. It make me angry that a someone who's worked in health care their whole life can just waste away.
