I think it’s probably the most likeable Australian team of my lifetime. They all seem like thoroughly decent blokes. But tomorrow I will want to CRUSH them.

I met Prynne once. My only recollection of him was he said “that’s like comparing nougat and electricity”. It’s such a brilliant phrase, it’s never left my mind, though I’ve no clue at all what I’d originally compared to elicit it.

But isn't the point that lowering the affordability criterea on a per project basis means more housing gets built, making it more affordable generally? Like, it's not a 'fuck the poor' move... it's a 'how do we build more houses' move... Or am I too @jamesomalley.co.uk pilled?

Genuinely, what are you talking about? If I said “the band played to a bigger crowd in New York than in San Diego”, would you not know what that meant?
