Speed has been confirmed for Motion, Surface Tension is Strength, and Golden Power comes from all of them. I don't personally think too much about what elements goes where, since I know I'm most likely gonna be wrong, I think overall the community is starting figure it out, but this list is outdated

1: Of course, they can be made from elemental powers or souls, however I do not not think they have enough power for what Ras wants, their more like concentrated energy used for one thing.
2: I really like the idea that it's someone else then balance, but yeah it's probably balance.

Interesting theory, Ras has definitely not imprisoned Wu, however Ra's master might have split Wu between the realms, or it was the merge and something Wu did. Ras knows because his master told him.

Basically Nether space exists outside the Ethereal Divide, it also exists outside of time and space, hence why the F5 don't age or die, however what he means with seconds is most likely that as we see some form of time still passes, they're not frozen, and they know it's been thousands of years.
