Heck, Kay Hagan and Beverly Perdue (both Democrats who ran for Senator and Governor) won that district in 2008, so yes, Democrats are incompetent in taking down Virginia Foxx.

When Democrats keep losing in that district, they are incompetent. Note to self, the district is gerrymandered to favor the Republicans though. Also, Josh Stein (a Democrat who is Governor of North Carolina) won the district in 2024 but that was because the GOP candidate was crappy.

Einstein said, "insanity is doing the exact same thing over and over again and expecting different results." Well Democrats have failed to take down Virginia Foxx for two decades. Perhaps it is time for an Independent candidate to take her down.

Actually, he is an independent candidate. That said, if I lived in his district, I would vote for him in a heartbeat. In fact, I would encourage the Democratic candidate to drop out of the race and endorse David Clayton because Democrats are incompetent in taking down Virginia Foxx.

Florida 13 is literally a microcosm of Florida and is also similar to Texas. I know a friend from college (we both went to college in CA) who left TX a few years ago (summer of 2023) 4 Colorado because he was sick and tired of losing 2 Republicans in TX and he has never regretted the move since.

Have you considered running against her? FYI, defeating Anna Paulina Luna will not be easy even under a blue wave year. That said, she needs to go.

Heck, if she manages to get past the primary and is up against a Republican in the general election, I would support the real Republican. Why? Because Republicans are more honest about being pieces of shit than DINOs (Democrats in Name Only) are.

Or at least she should change her party affiliation to GOP right now. At this point, I would prefer a MAGA/Republican over this DINO because MAGA/Republicans are more honest or transparent about being pieces of shit than DINOS are.

Agree that she should stop running for WA-3. On the other hand, I have a bad feeling that WA-3 might flip back to red even in a blue wave year especially if a normal GOP person runs.

I am probably switching my affiliation to Independent. Yes, I still definitely lean towards voting Democrats over Republicans. But, Democrats are useless and Republicans are corrupt and/or insane.

@durbin.senate.gov, you should resign ASAP. If you do not resign, at least hold a town hall in your state preferably in Chicago or Evanston or Broadview or whatever city in the state of Illinois to explain your grotesque vote.

If he does not resign which I do not think he will, at least he should do a town hall in Illinois preferably in Chicago or Evanston or Peoria or Springfield to explain his grotesque vote. Maybe his constituents will welcome him with what he deserves and he deserves contempt and shame.
