I love coaching kids baseball! Last night my 11u team started their playoffs - all year I’ve preached play together and for each other while increasing their knowledge of fundamentals- we won 18-4 by doing just that!

Every once in a while as. Baseball coach I’ve had the pleasure of coaching a few kids a few years in a row - and watching them finally get to do well and succeed is a proud moment. Last night I got that moment with my own 10 year old when he took to the mound for the first time!

Yesterday, just a month off turning 49, I made my return to playing baseball- the sport I love. Caught 4 innings and finished with 2 innings on the mound. God it felt good!

Ok, I’m back after a busy winter. Got lots going on this summer too- just bought a 26ft trailer, coaching both boys in baseball, playing ball myself and have upgraded my backyard to party central (added a tiki bar to my pool & a bbq gazebo with a back wall and dart board)

Down at Sick Kids in TO today, what was once our home away from home for. Psych Appt. 9 years ago today we were walking over here from RMHC, to see Nathan after his transplant. It’s been a wild ride!
