Decent stats for both lads today in training. Almost 10k for the youngest, almost 9k for the eldest. Not bad for him, especially as his team do a lot of standing in lines. Youngest doesn't, but that's because I coach them.

Followed that up with 4.8k in 45 minutes of game time today, and grabbed an assist. Put two on a plate for someone else as well, but they put them both straight at the keeper.

Youngest topped 10k in training yesterday. He's 9, and we trained for 90 minutes. Maybe it's rose tinted glasses, but I find that extremely impressive.

Every week after training on a Saturday, the kids ask me for a ball to play on the playground while they wait for the parents to finish yapping. Every week, I say no because the concrete will ruin it. This week I'm prepared for them.
