Dan Goldman summed it up perfectly when he informed the scatterbrained Noem that she committed unlawful acts, not the people who are lawfully here filing for asylum. Immediately, Noem needed a bathroom break or something, exited the room, ran for cover, & got yelled at by bystanders in the hallway.

Their oil isn’t the most desirable oil, it’s heavy and it’s dirty, that being said, China would love to get their hands on it. It’s what Tim said, plus there is some very large rare earth metal deposits there.
