An addendum: it's delicious.
The former home of Temple will reopen as Keeper Brewing this Friday, and the Brunswick brewery is dedicated purely to a sole pilsner.

I'm proving worse at sharing stories on Bluesky as I was at Twitter. Incredibly proud of this story and the people who spoke to me for it. Great to see it hit home with industry workers outside Aus too
