A gig-economy company called YoungOnes, which supplies “freelance” retail assistants to stores, is charging gig workers 4.8% of their earnings to get paid in one minute, or 2.9% to get paid in three days. If they decline, they typically have to wait 30 days.

If your employer has endorsed net-zero. Make sure you hold them to it.

Otherwise it was just marketing.
Citi, Bank of America, and Morgan Stanley have all pulled out of the Net-Zero Banking Alliance this week.

The global alliance, which is backed by the UN, is committed to reducing greenhouse gas emissions.

Goldman Sachs and Wells Fargo also left the group last month.
