Worth considering what they *get* in the rental market for that same amount of money. 11 years ago my wife and I paid a combined £450pm to rent a 2 bed house in a nice leafy Cheshire town. I’ve just taken a look on Rightmove and the same kind of property now costs £1000pm to rent.

‘Piranesi’ and ‘This Is How You Lose The Time War’ are both wonderful, relatively short, stand alone stories I enjoyed very much. The former is being made into a film by the Coraline studio and the latter a Netflix series, I believe.

I’d like to think impersonating a nun might just be a one of for him, but clearly he’s already gotten into the habit.
