I used to think that Trump didn't understand tariffs. But considering that it's the US government that gets the revenue, so Trump believes that money is then his. Yes, he almost definitely knows what he's doing. Corrupt to the very end.

Ukraine has been "keeping Russia busy" since the start of the war. If the full force of NATO is brought to bare, then Putin will see the error of his ways very quickly.
