I think the most absurd thing about the Palace demotion is that being so pedantic and hardline on this case doesn't actually touch the multiple problems that multi-club ownership actually throws up.

As someone in Uefa put to me, it's being strong on the negligible aspects.

So it's not the fact that the state system fails SEN children that makes him "really, really angry", but that the VAT loophole has been closed.

Zero recognition of those families with SEN kids who are *actually* "extremely poor" and have to fight every day for the support they need and deserve.
