Got the "M" on both sides by making a decal like this, and using the Gladius arms (note the yellow highlighted area in the third screenshot - this is on both the front and back of the shoulder)

And some of the interior, including my attempt to recreate the bridge as seen in the Star Fox Zero anime (3/3)
Originally a simple viewing deck, I livened this room up by recreating the bridge of the Great Fox, as seen in the Star Fox Zero anime short. A Walker statue on the desk was meant as a stand-in for ROB 64. On either side of the room is a comfy looking emergency ejec - I mean sofa. Aside from the bridge, hangar, and a very long corridor, we don't see much of the Great Fox interior in the Star Fox games - which does leave room for imagining what life might be like on this starship. Here I've got a Thunderbird Class Hab as the sleeping quarters, with colour-coded beds and lockers. Another Thunderbird Class Hab, but this time as some kind of mission briefing or rec room - with colour coded chairs for each of the Star Fox members. The upper deck leading out to the rear landing bay is a very long corridor with a bunch of beds and Medi-Pods lining the walls - inspired both by the docking bay and very long corridor of the Great Fox. (The red lighting is from the space station I'm docked in, not on the ship itself)

A Titan-Class Landing Bay at the top rear of the ship. I would recommend not placing it over a Hab or Walkway as the hatch will clip through the room when the ship is landed. Flying alongside the Great Fox with my fabricated Arwing fighter. You can get this kind of shot by beaming down to a planet and then summoning a non-Corvette ship to fly back up and around it - too bad you can't dock, though. The Great Fox flying up into space. "We're headin' into the asteroids!"

My Corvette in No Man's Sky, inspired by the Star Fox team's mothership the Great Fox. Parts count before adding ladders and windows and everything else back inside the ship was just shy of the complexity limit (which is currently 100 parts). All things considered, I'm pretty happy with how it turned out. Lower angle shot of the Great Fox Corvette. I've added a pair of Deadeye Cannons, acquired from Expedition 19. Rear angle shot of the Great Fox Corvette. I added the Plasma Trail for the boosters, also from Expedition 19. "It's time for us to go now."

An Amdusias Hades Skell with a red, black and yellow paintjob. A bit limited in terms of what I could do with colours, but at least it has a tank mode (Xenoblade Chronicles X) This Arsenal is a bit more succesful in terms of looking and feeling the part, but I had to wait until the sequel for different coloured legs. Also, the "M" on the shoulders is actually a sideways "E" as I felt it looked more accurate (Daemon X Machina) Now that's more like it, if I do say so myself. The sword has a pink part as I wanted each of this Gunpla's weapons to represent a different Ranger / Zord (Gundam Breaker 4) Unlike DxM1, we can now have different coloured legs! But also unlike DxM1, the Arsenal is now a power suit instead of a big robot (Daemon X Machina: Titanic Scion demo)

- At first I was disappointed at the shift from big robots to power suits, but appreciate it more having had a feel for the game. I guess they wanted a middle ground between the robot and pilot gameplay of DxM1 while retaining the mecha aspect in some way. (2/2)

Thoughts on the #DaemonXMachina demo:
- Customisation is much better than in DxM1. Different coloured legs was my most wanted feature!
- Combat is better in some aspects, but also different in ways that make more sense for a human sized character instead of a big mech

My Megazord / Daizyujin inspired custom build. Unlike in Daemon X Machina 1, I can now have one yellow and one blue leg! Ironically I can't exactly call it a "Mega" Zord now, but maybe when I get the big robot in the full game... You can pet the dog in Daemon X Machina: Titanic Scion

Built an Arwing to go with my Great Fox freighter in NMS. This should tide me over until we get a new Star Fox game

Needle Nose cockpit, Heavy Shockwave wings, and Single thruster. Your milage may vary but I feel this setup has the closest resemblance to Star Fox's Arwing, with the pointy nose being very similar and the Heavy wings filling in for the G-Diffusers (the blue sections). I would have preferred the angular Viper cockpit, but there's only one body type for that and it's too short for this setup. Aerial flying shot / front view. Flying into space to rendezvous with my fleet. In other words; "All aircraft report!" I found this Galleon Class Freighter thanks to some coordinates and repainted it to white with red markings. The front section and the overall silhouette instantly reminded me of the Great Fox.

No Man's Sky got quite the glow up on Switch 2 - but there are still a few bugs to iron out 😅
The freighter base from my Switch 1 save file has disappeared, leaving only the crew standing and floating in midair (or mid-space?) 😆 Occasionally it would partially load in the wrong colours, but since taking this screenshot I've decided to start over from scratch. Similar problems occur where parts disappear on one side of the freighter base as I'm building on the other.

Over at the other place I once posted a list of my top 25 videogames; with the Switch 2 launching soon it seemed like a good time to update it.

This time, there are no franchise repeats except for spinoffs like Mario Kart. Felt this was a better way to show what other kinds of games I like.
My normal Top 25 list features lots of Mario, Sonic, Smash Bros, every Xenoblade game, and three of my top 10 are Mario Karts. So this is my Top 25, but without repeating franchises - aside from spinoffs like Mario Kart which are obviously completely different game types. Xenoblade 2 meets Gundam Breaker 4 with my attempt to recreate Mythra's Artifice, Siren

Behold the power of the Aegis Gundam- wait... (Funnily enough, the body unit actually is from the Aegis Gundam as it happened to be a good fit for Siren) I equipped it with a pair of Gundam Harute's GN Sword Rifles, recoloured to mimic Pyra and Mythra's Aegis Swords G-Self's Perfect Pack was the closest I could get to Siren's sub arms, both visually and functionally. Also I added a GN Drive, given Siren's strong resemblance to a Celestial Being Closeup shot. I used a Nu Gundam sensor to mimic the Core Crystal on Siren's abdomen. A recreation of Xenoblade 2's cover art as a diorama in GB4. Ptolemaios 2 stands in for Uraya, with a recoloured Gundam Aerial for Pyra and a Barbatos Lupus Rex for, well, Rex
