If President Trump can wrongly deport a Maryland father to a prison in El Salvador and then defy a 9-0 Supreme Court order to facilitate bringing him home, who’s next?

This threatens the rights and freedoms of everyone in the United States.

We join the chorus of freedom loving voices across the country demanding that this administration respect the Constitution and bring Abrego Garcia home to his country and his family.
We are in a constitutional crisis. Little Lobbyists is closely following Kilmar Abrego Garcia's story: from his kidnapping by ICE agents to illegal deportation from the U.S., and now wrongful imprisonment in El Salvador without the opportunity for a hearing before a judge or any other due process of law. Abrego Garcia has been living in the U.S. since 2011, and working legally since 2019 when he was granted status by an immigration judge to remain in the U.S. He and his wife Jennifer Vasquez Sura, an American citizen, are raising three disabled children: a five-year-old autistic son who is deaf in one ear, a nine-year-old autistic son and a ten-year-old daughter with epilepsy. In a 9-0 decision, the U.S. Supreme Court found Abrego Garcia's forced removal to El Salvador to be illegal. Despite this unanimous decision, the administration has refused failed to facilitate his release. We join the chorus of freedom loving voices across the country demanding that this administration respect the Constitution and bring Abrego Garcia home to his country and his family.
