Any daisy like flowers attract them because of easy access - my favourites are echinacea and rudbeckia- both perennial. Knautia and verbena Bonariensis are good too

Helping people on l/t sick back to work is often seen as punitive but some really want to work but don’t know what jobs they might be able to do, or are aware of reasonable adjustments or the Access To Work scheme that funds support for disabled people. It can be a positive thing

My actual comment was about choosing to put down a dog who you believe is suffering is not a great analogy to use to support assisted dying, for what I think is a clearly obvious reason. I don’t support this assisted dying bill. People more eloquent than me have pointed out its flaws

But the point is the dog doesn’t make the choice. Maybe the dog doesn’t want to die yet. I’m not questioning the motives of the people put in that position but using this as an analogy to support assisted dying sends shivers down my spine
