Ten years ago today, I adopted this gremlin because he was the sweetest cat at all the shelters we checked. A gangly, big-eyed boy who slept on me and licked my entire face silly from the very first night. Almost 14 years old, and Douglas is still spry as a kitten when zoomies take over. My baby ❤️
