Managed to squeeze some time at the trails today. I was surprised there wasn’t more happening especially with the rain and cool weather. Even still, nothing compares to some forest therapy.

Trametes versicolor, or Turkey Tail, found here in Southern Ontario this past Wednesday. Not a great tasting gourmet mushroom but a wonderful functional mushroom that helps boost the immune system.

First post! Here’s a shot of a block of Lion’s Mane currently fruiting in my chamber. Finally got my conditions dialed in to prevent mutated fruiting. This one’s almost ready to harvest!
