I waited too long to use my starter again, and I killed it. I'm better off purchasing sourdough bread, I don't seem to take responsibility for the sponge very seriously.

I can understand it to a certain extent, such as if someone's concoction isn't quite working and you want to confer with someone in the field, so to speak... we do learn from each other... on the other hand, I will list ingredients on a label, but certainly not the actual formula!
