I was an Arena Essex fan at the time. I will never forget how good a rider he was and more importantly what a nice guy he was.

I was living in Essex and watching the Hammers when Lee rode for them. It was great to watch him ride for them. Always gave his all. Such an incredible loss.

It's so sad what has become of this great stadium. I went there many times to the British final there, and also the first match of the season when Halifax visited
