Printed out some new photos to hang on my walls, all patients from my time as a full time wildlife rehabilitator. In some ways I miss the time before I became management but there’s a lot to be thankful for in my job now

I’m scared and angry at everything happening every minute, and I’m also enjoying an upward trajectory on a lot of things in my life. It is so disorienting to rubber band between these realities. Thank the Lord for pets, the perfect embodiment of “can’t do anything but can be there for you”

I need a cat tonight, do you?
