The devil is in the details…it would be helpful insight to know why they do not have homeowners insurance. And are these single family homes? Some condo asscs. require owners to provide proof of coverage and some mortgages require or pay the insurance directly.

For the April 2025 Anchorage elections, only 25% of the population voted…so sad. Those that are able to vote & don’t-you can’t complain about anything.
