This is a spring harvest from the cultivar B157, one of those rare works that appear once every four springs. It’s a layered, intentional experience. A reminder that 2025 is a truly remarkable year for Darjeeling.

2005 Chunhai Mengsong Gu Cha Kong Que
A tea with a distinctly smoky character, unmistakable among the renowned blends of the early 2000s. Perfectly suited to the relentless duel of rain and fog beyond the window.

Lao Man E 2007 Banzhang Lao Shu Cha
Not exactly the qi, strength or character you'd expect from LBZ, XBZ or Lao Man E, but a very good pu'er where arrogance and finesse coexist. It's woody with aromas of leather, moroccan plum, gentian supported by excellent sweetness and an enveloping huigan.

This Darjeeling tea, the 7 Essence Scorsese was a companion, a ferryman between the days that followed one another without apparent sense. Sipping it's like tasting the truth, it's like watching a painting by Francis Bacon come to life, built with one brushstroke of flesh and blood after another

Zhaozhou 2007 Xigui old trees sheng pu'er
A tea that still maintains the typical notes of orchid and wild flowers, accompanied by aromas of dates, leather, dried apricot and wood; a sip not too thick, slightly mineral in which sweetness reigns without any compromise.
