How wonderful! Looking at the position of the pollinia in your pic on the left (slightly angled & wider apart) I would say Greater Butterfly Orchid. Hopefully you can see the difference in these pics below, Greater is on the left & Lesser (the pollinia are parallel & closer together) on the right.
