Uh so today I was trying out a friend's leg day which was WAY more volume than I normally do - it was leg press, squats, leg curls, extensions, adductor & abductor machines
My normal leg day routine is smith machine squats OR leg press, lying leg curls, single leg extensions, adductor machine
