So I'll stick around and see what happens. It's a less than ideal start. Atm I just see patients and talk to them and give recommendations for neuropsych diagnostics and therapy at home because I can't do it there properly yet.

But!!!!

There are many upsides to this workplace as well. I feel confident and I like my coworkers. I have a beautiful big office with a view into the greenery. It is common to lock your office here and there is no handle on the outside so people have to knock to get in. What luxury!

Neuropsych is very specific, it's its own thing for good reasons. The other psychologists try their best to introduce me to the work anyways, but yeah. I want to get to know neurology, since it's my job (or supposed to be).

I have no idea when I won't be alone anymore. 🫠

Work is ... Oof. How do I begin. I'm by myself in the department of neuropsychology because all my neuropsych colleagues are on leave or ill long term. I haven't properly been trained because nobody who knows about neuropsych is there, frankly.

I never had a ceremony for my graduation or an official celebration of sorts. Neither for my Bachelor nor now.

Ah well. It's good it's finally all over.
