While males do possess a good part of the blame, there are plenty of women engaged in the same "shit". Blaming men alone just makes it easy for women to shed their part in it. We are all responsible for the utter stupidity of the human race.

Build it and they will come. In my town the cycling has grown steadily as more lanes become available. Some days there are as many as 5,000 people cycling along the lanes. That is a lot of cars off the road.

Sorry, but no. It does not. Reading requires the use of many more brain synapses than simply watching does. Watching is passive, reading is pro-active. They are much different actions. Better to watch and listen, than to do nothing at all though, so I think we agree on that much.
