I don’t understand this guy, and how anyone could back him for, well, anything. He looks and talks like a glitch in the matrix. He reminds me of those cartoons from the 60s where the robot starts getting spun up and talking gibberish right before all its springs pop out…

Advice for feds, especially how they can make a difference in their private capacity while staying in the bounds of the law? The Hatch Act wasn’t built for this, and it has to suck having your hands tied.
