Things are looking bleak for renewables and by extension humanity... They have barely increased as a % of energy use globally despite being the least expensive. Humanities demand for energy just simply increases so quickly.

In 2022, 1 million British Columbians were waiting to see a Specialist, and as of late 2024, that number grew to 1.2 million. Specialist wait times represent a vital sign of any healthcare system and we can’t fix the healthcare crisis until we fix access to Specialists.

The drop in Canada was less, but still present.

It is amazing that you can see the effect of COVID on life expectancy in the USA... Last drop like this was the Flu of 1918/1919 *Spanish flu. Not even WWII had such an effect.

Some quicksand for you... Unfortunately not as impressive as in the movies, though with a bit of work it will suck you down.

Syria is complicated. Yes Assad is gone. But that does not mean the country is united. It remains split between the SDF and SNA which are still fighting some.

Why do people do this? What I do is clearly stated in my profile... I imagine it is just the beginning of a pig butchering scam. Unfollowed.

4x Yet the store is still active and still selling fraudulent uSD cards. And this is how they avoid reviews, they sell and remove products so quickly that by the time the customer gets them that product is no longer avaliable and a review cannot be provided.

3x By the time I returned to aliexpress to request the money back my 15 days had expired (as I previously mentioned I was travelling when it arrived), I tried to leave a review of this store to warn others; however, the item was taken down...

2x But the reviews were 90% positive... Received the card late when I was off on a trip. When I tested it validity I got this, maybe 1 GB out of the claim 512 GB is functional.

1x A thread on how @AliExpress_EN sell fraudulent uSD cards. The packaging looks great. Supposedly 512 GB for $7.85. Yes, yes I know to go to be true.
