Part of it is also that the sculpt quality for LOTR stuff is frankly hard to beat, especially for the non generic types. Real mad they discontinued the named Nazgul though, those were some really great models.

And in addition to that, I have been masking ever since the beginning of the pandemic, have been within 3 feet of people with covid for hours while using N95's with no infection. I also have contracted no viral or bacterial infection at all for five years now. N95's are great daily wear.

Based solely on anecdotal evidence I can testify that a simple N95 does absolute wonders. I'm immunocompromised by a variety of autoimmune diseases and used to spend one a year getting absolutely destroyed one month out of the year. I never got sick during the height of the pandemic.
