I'm doing IT management and object-oriented java at #openuniversity, but I'll be dropping the latter due to some unfortunate business that's happening at home

Anyway, carted off my first TMA and i just hope Ben and his farm never darken my door again

I wanna make games, but I dont know where to start. Do I start with art?
I got an idea what to do for the actual gameplay and world design, but i know they wont be fully realised until I get deep in the game engine.
Do i mess about with the engine first? Man what even do?
