I adopted an FIV kitten. Lucky grew into a 16 bruiser. He lived 11 great years. 😊

I've generally found that dogs of both sexes are very maternal with kittens - it's like they understand it's a baby. But obviously, a risk - you do have to keep an eye on them for a while. Here's my old boy with a kitten we fished out of a dumpster - he put up with absolute shit from him.

Look at my fifteen year old kitten. He is so attached to me that he cries when he isn't in the same room as me. He figured out how to open a doorknob as a young cat so he could sleep in bed with me!
He'll be away from his human for sixteen days, fourteen of which in isolation.
