My BIL was born on a military base in Japan. My FIL was stationed over there. BIL went to the SSA to get a new card. H
Found out he was flagged & not considered a citizen. Thankfully he had his passport and papers and they fixed it. Check your citizenship, Americans. You might not be one anymore!
